Job Description

The ideal candidate should be a gradate with 5-7 years experience in clerical works . He should be well versed with MS Office like Word, Excel, Power Point, Projects and his English language should be excellent. He also should have an excellent level of English typing.


Main Tasks and Specific Duties:

- To effectively handle the secretarial and administrative activities of the office .
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
- Prepare and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings.
