Job Description

  • Sourcing potential new customers.
  • Develops and implements strategies to grow the organization’s business, executing contracts.
  • Maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
  • Traveling to the customer's location to talk about our product range.
  • Maximize revenue and gross margin by growing sales within existing accounts, while identifying and developing new customer opportunities at a level consistent with or exceeding company expectations.
  • Build and sustain customer satisfaction levels.
  • Advising customers on technology upgrades.
  • Composing tender documents and customer proposals.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintaining strong customer relations.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in engineering
  • Based in Benghazi (Libyan Nationality)
  • Excellent connections in Benghazi
  • Experience of more than 2-3 years.
  • Renewable Energy experience (plus)
  • Strong knowledge of scientific and technical products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills (English, Arabic, and French are a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and Office Software.
  • Ability to meet sales and commission targets.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Can work under stress and pressure.
