Job Description
- Sourcing potential new customers.
- Develops and implements strategies to grow the organization’s business, executing contracts.
- Maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
- Traveling to the customer's location to talk about our product range.
- Maximize revenue and gross margin by growing sales within existing accounts, while identifying and developing new customer opportunities at a level consistent with or exceeding company expectations.
- Build and sustain customer satisfaction levels.
- Advising customers on technology upgrades.
- Composing tender documents and customer proposals.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Maintaining strong customer relations.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering
- Based in Benghazi (Libyan Nationality)
- Excellent connections in Benghazi
- Experience of more than 2-3 years.
- Renewable Energy experience (plus)
- Strong knowledge of scientific and technical products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication skills (English, Arabic, and French are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and Office Software.
- Ability to meet sales and commission targets.
- Ability to travel.
- Can work under stress and pressure.
